Postnatal Assessment

We believe it’s important for all postpartum women to access a health assessment post birth. This assessment includes a comprehensive and sensitive review of your birth and risk factors for pelvic floor dysfunction, assessment of abdominal and pelvic floor muscles to guide your return to exercise and include general strength exercises to reduce the risk of back pain and stiffness with the demands of caring for a newborn/toddler.
