Pelvic Health

Well, it’s certainly common but it’s NOT normal and there is great evidence that with pelvic floor muscle assessment and an individualised and holistic approach you can improve or cure your symptoms.

Our senior physiotherapist Jen Vardy has a special interest in Pelvic Health and has completed a Master's in Clinical Physiotherapy (Pelvic Health and Continence) at Curtin University. Jen has specialised training in the assessment of pelvic health conditions across all sexes and genders and is passionate about providing education and support to both her clients and the rest of the Physio team here at Form and Practice.

Jen wishes to spread the message that incontinence, pain and other pelvic health conditions can improve significantly with timely management. She is understanding and empathetic regarding the sensitive nature of many of these conditions and uses a biopsychosocial and professional approach in empowering her clients to improve.
